As owners and asset managers, we invest alongside our investors in joint venture single purpose vehicles. Our clients maybe institutional investors or high net worth partners as well as other developers. 

As intermediaries, we connect our investors with other reputable experienced investment managers when necessary. We invest alongside our clients and manage the investments on their behalf.

We are particularly involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate investments across all asset classes. We also provide comprehensive asset management services to our own debt and equity funds as well as our clients. We implement proven strategies in leasing, capital management, financing, tax efficiency, and asset re-positioning to generate stable cash flow and long-term value creation. 

Trinity understands risk adjusted return and strives to meet its investors’ risk and return objectives one investor at a time. It specializes in opportunistic and value-add real estate investments in short time frames to maximize return, minimize risk, and manage market volatility. It also invests in stabilized income producing properties and holds the assets for long-term cash flow distributions.

Trinity follows a very thorough Due Diligence process in researching and selecting its investments. It seeks assets that have significant upside potential through active management, value-add opportunities, and re-positioning strategies.
