We assist our clients with their commercial real estate financing needs and add value by simplifying the mortgage approval and funding process by analyzing and underwriting deals’ structures before we present our clients with the various available financing options. Then brief mortgage presentations that clearly summarize proposed deals' merits are prepared and presented to our lenders to negotiate the terms with potential lenders on behalf of our clients to obtain the best possible financing packages for our proposed deals. We work with multiple institutional and private lenders and provide traditional and private financing solutions when needed on deal by deal basis.
 

We specialize in first and second mortgages for new acquisitions and refinances for all asset classes including but not limited to; multi-residential, mixed-used, office, retail, and industrial properties. We also provide construction and term financing for multi-residential, mixed-used, condominium developments, office, retail, industrial, land purchases and developments, and other real estate asset classes. As well as, subordinate mezzanine, participating debt, development funding, and bridge loans.
